Ryan's first day of first grade!

7:35 comes pretty quick! The school day starts 10 minutes earlier this year.

I love that cheerleaders and football players from our future high school were there to greet all the kiddos! 

So excited to have Mrs. Olson as Ryan's teacher!

Since we were a little rushed in the morning I got a picture of Ryan with this cute yard sign after school.

 And of course Grayson & Hayden siblings wanted to hop in as well....

Old Fashion Pool Party!

I was about to plan a robotics lego party for Ryan when my friend Casey texted me about doing a joint triple birthday party. Since most of the kids would be inviting the same crew it kinda made sense...Ryan was on board so we said YES :) 

We sent out an evite and the party planning began. We kept it really simple cake, watermelon and goldfish. The kids swam the whole time anyways....and to get everyone out of the pool area at the end we had some beachball pinatas to bust at the park outside. 

We rented the whole tietze park pool out for the party! It worked out really well!

Kevin was brave as the man in charge of the pinatas - so many kids swinging the bat. So many close calls....

Everyone had a blast! We were lucky that the "cold front" came through the night before and the high was only in the 90s! Wohoo!

Hayden's 3rd Birthday Party

Hayden asked for a pink & purple unicorn birthday party....so we delivered! We actually didn't know we were throwing a party until Thursday when I called The Little Gym to see if they had any party openings for the weekend. We pulled this together for Sunday. #thirdchild

2. What I'm reminiscing about

When Ryan was born! I can't believe I now have a SEVEN year old!!!

Love this little man so so much! Such a sweet little boy! 

3. What I'm loving

The Nordstrom's Anniversary Sale: I mean, who isn't loving this right now? Since we were out of town I ordered everything online and it's kinda like Christmas everyday with all the packages arriving. I love all the fun fall items...and looking forward to being able to wear them...in November. woomp woomp.

Beautycounter Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer

This is my summer go to!! 

Love this product because it's uber moisturizing, contains spf 20 and evens skin tone! During the day I typically don't wear any makeup...except my dew skin & gloss!

We just returned from Kevin's parents house in Montana. Re-entry is hard!

We have been kinda watching The Bachelorette but not that well. For some reason our DVR only records it half the time. WTH. Anyhow, we are in the market for a new show...clearly.
